Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our Kottayam Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing personalized counselling for PR and visa programs, especially for destinations like Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. You'll play a key role in supporting clients from the initial consultation through to the final submission, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and virtual counselling sessions with prospective clients. Evaluate client eligibility for PR and various visa programs across multiple countries. Assist clients with documentation, application procedures, and submission processes. Keep up-to-date with changing immigration policies and requirements. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups for client satisfaction.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field. Freshers with Excellent communication is preferred Strong understanding of PR and visa pathways for Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate within a team. Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
Preferred:

Experience with student visa counselling is a plus. Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
