Job Summary:

Atlantis Migration Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated

Immigration Consultant

with a strong background in

telesales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients on immigration options, handling inbound/outbound calls, and converting leads into successful client enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle telephonic inquiries and follow up with leads effectively. Provide accurate information regarding immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.). Counsel potential clients about visa processes and eligibility. Convert inquiries into appointments and enrollments. Maintain a client database and follow up regularly. Meet monthly sales and consultation targets. Prepare and send quotations, emails, and documentation support as needed. Coordinate with the processing team for timely submission and updates.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in telesales or immigration consultancy. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service orientation. Knowledge of immigration processes is a must. Target-driven and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
