Qualification: For this position, we need someone who has at least a bachelor\'s degree in English medium. Experience: Freshers can apply. However, having previous experience will be advantageous. Job description 1) Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required. 2) Provide Consultation to clients on visa processing requirements 3) Coordination with senior visa manager/branch manager in handling the visa applications in hand. 4) The candidate must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable. 5) Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visas. 6) Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing. 7) Handle customer/ applicant queries personally or via email, telephone. 8) Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors. 9) Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process. 10) Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application center. 11) Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
