Job Description

The Immigration Sales Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads provided by our marketing team, offering detailed information about various immigration and study abroad programs, and converting these leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Engagement & Counselling:

Contact qualified leads provided by the marketing team and provide personalized counselling regarding immigration and study abroad opportunities. Understand the unique needs of students and their parents and offer customized advice on programs, eligibility, and the advantages of studying or working abroad. Educate students and parents about the importance of overseas education for career growth and the opportunities it offers.

Sales Conversion & Lead Nurturing:

Develop strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to move them through the sales pipeline. Create and manage "hot cases" by building trust, addressing concerns, and explaining the value of overseas education and immigration programs. Convert these hot leads into clients by promoting the benefits of Spaark Overseas' services and effectively guiding them through the decision-making process.

Program Explanation & Awareness Building:

Offer clear and consistent communication to potential clients on the immigration programs offered by Spaark Overseas, including study abroad, work abroad, and permanent residency options. Ensure you are explaining these programs daily to build a consistent flow of leads and cases that are more likely to convert.

Dynamic & Fast-Paced Environment:

Adapt quickly to changes in client needs, program offerings, and market conditions. Work efficiently under pressure to manage a high volume of leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration programs in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to convert leads into clients and meet sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
