ROLE OF POSITION
The post holder will be involved in handling Visa Team and manage all the application of the Candidates coming from different branches and sources . She/he will be responsible for updated knowledge of Immigration rules and regulations of different countries. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in learning and imparting knowledge. LINEMANAGEMENT -The Visa Manager reports to the CEO of the company MAINDUTIES - Working closely with Admission and Counseling Team to educate them about changing PR Visa Rules Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the PR Visa application process Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers Helping team to manage the clients and providing advice in preparing the visa files Liaising with the clients to confirm that everything is done before the interview date. Liaising with different embassies as and when required Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals. Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business. Train Clients for Visa Interview. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Graduation or Post Graduation in any field At least 5 years of experience in handling PR Visas
SKILLS REQUIRED Candidate Must have a strong knowledge about Canada & Australia Visa Rules & Regulations Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results. Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Well presented & confident, Good PR skills, Good keyboard skills, academically bright. An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month Schedule:
