Immigration Counsellors
to join our Mumbai branch. The candidate will guide clients through immigration pathways such as Canada, Australia, Europe, and other programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients on overseas immigration, visas, and eligibility requirements
Conduct assessments and recommend suitable immigration programs
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service
Maintain documentation and update CRM systems
Work towards monthly sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years experience in immigration counselling or sales (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Customer-oriented with good presentation abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
