Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective clients on immigration, visa, and study abroad processes.
Assess client eligibility and guide them on the best-suited options.
Assist with application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly.
Work towards achieving monthly conversion and service targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any stream.
0-1 year of experience (freshers can apply; training will be provided).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
