Provide accurate advice and guidance on Australia Skilled Migration Assess client eligibility based on skills assessment, points test, and immigration criteria Prepare First Consultation report Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws, policies, and procedures Communicate effectively with clients regarding timelines, document requirements, and progress updates Coordinate with assessment team & appointment fixing team for smoother execution Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-person consultations Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Support lead conversion and client onboarding process
