Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information about migration opportunities and procedures.
Assist clients in preparing documents and completing application forms.
Maintain client records and update follow-up details regularly.
Work closely with the documentation and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
Strong sales and customer service attitude.
Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.
