Role Summary



We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated

Immigration Consultants

to join our growing team at the

Calicut branch

. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training at our

Cochin Head Office

for a duration of

three months

, post which they will be deployed to the Calicut branch.

Key Responsibilities



Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration and study abroad information to clients. Assess client eligibility and assist in selecting suitable countries, institutions, and visa options. Guide clients throughout the application and documentation process for visas, admissions, and related services. Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and changes in international education systems. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client handling.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Communications, or related fields). Prior experience in immigration or overseas education consulting will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; additional languages will be a plus. Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client profiles. Willingness to undergo
