Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller

with experience in

Tele Sales, Tele Marketing, and B2C/B2B Sales

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Convert inquiries into appointments/sales. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Update CRM and maintain call records. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance benchmarks.

Key Skills Required:



Proven experience (1-2 years) in

Tele Sales / Tele Marketing / Inside Sales

. Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of computer systems, CRMs, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in any field. Experience in [Industry] sales process is a plus. Strong follow-up skills with a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
