As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding and converting potential candidates into clients by providing accurate information, personalized consultation, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads assigned through internal software and conduct initial telephonic counseling sessions.
Identify qualified candidates and schedule in-person counseling sessions as required.
Convert a minimum of
6 clients per month
by offering professional and ethical consultation.
Advise clients on suitable overseas immigration options based on their profiles, preferences, and current immigration laws.
Provide accurate information on visa processes, eligibility criteria, and legal compliance.
Conduct fair profile evaluations and provide tailored global career strategies.
Maintain excellent communication via phone and email with potential and existing clients.
Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and updates are maintained for each client interaction.
Meet monthly performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Exhibit professional etiquette in all client interactions and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
