1. Counsel clients on immigration options such as PR, study visas, visit visas, skilled visas, dependent visas etc.
2. Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa programs.
3. Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into sales.
4. Maintain end-to-end sales process from initial counseling to payment closure.
5. Explain documentation requirements, timelines, costs, and visa processes clearly.
6. Follow up regularly with clients to ensure conversion and closure.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth application handling.
9. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
10. Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
11. Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally.
