Roles and Responsibilities 1. Counselor for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Jobseeker visa, etc. for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries. 2. Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries. 3. Research, register, and apply for jobs available overseas, as per the client\'s requirements. 4. Handle clients over the phone, by email, and face to face counseling. 5. Update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and chances of immigration. 6. Interact with professionals/ clients in person and assist them with the overseas process. 7. Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities. 8. Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week. 9. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, Visa law & Policies. 10. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. 11. Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solve the queries regarding visas. 12. Should have sales experience in Visa and Immigration industry. Experience: 1+ Year into Immigration (Mandatory). Location: Rajajinagar, Indiranagar and Jayanagar Shift: Fulltime Working Days: Monday-Saturday Incentives best in industry Desired Candidate Profile 1. Describe different visa application processes, benefits, and special offers to clients. 2. Must have experience as a Student visa counselor, Sales, and University Selection for Canada country. 3. Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert it into a sale. 4. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 5. Regular follow-up on inquiries received. 6. Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients. 7. Maximum achievement of goals and service levels. 8. Effective pipeline management. 9. Able to achieve monthly targets. 10. Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability. 11. Counseling the students as per their eligibility and requirement. 12. Calling on various leads database to generate and convert. 13. Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries into walk-ins. 14. Handling client interactions.
