Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful clients. Provide accurate information about immigration services including

Permanent Residency (PR), Work Visas, Opportunity Cards, and other visa categories

. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs. Solve client queries related to the visa and immigration process. Maintain and update the client database regularly. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and progress reports with management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral business. Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and opportunities across different countries.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or overseas education industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).

Knowledge of

visa categories, PR process, and work visa opportunities

.

Ability to handle client objections and provide clear solutions.

Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Good organizational and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
