- Making outbound calls to either \xe2\x80\x9cwarm\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9chot\xe2\x80\x9d leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
- Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service.
- Responding to incoming emails and phone queries.
- Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
- Reviewing the submitted documents
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.
- Age should be below 40 years.
- Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and research driven individual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Day shift
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
