Job Requirements Minimum 3 years previous experience in a blue collar business environment. A successful track record, complete with references, in high volume blue collar recruitment. Experience and knowledge of sourcing Blue Collar workers from Hospitality, Construction and Logistics Industries. Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement s alongside overseas recruitment partners. You will select and screen the blue collared workers. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines. Time management and the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements. Self-driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation Be a key player and driver in the team to execute requirements on-time Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long lasting relationships Immigration Consultant must ascertain eligibility of clients towards various programs. Must advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates their family to make an educated choice the right decision. Must Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. Should meet the assigned targets. Skills and Qualifications Graduate in any specialization 1-2 years prior experience as an immigration support specialist or in Overseas Education, Sales, Recruitment, Counseling or similar job roles Efficient in Ms Office Essential communication skills: Excellent English (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking skills), Hindi, Punjabi
