Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Worker to join our growing team. This is a remote position with night shift hours, ideal for someone who can confidently manage Canadian immigration files end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage immigration applications from start to finish Handle Temporary Resident Visas (TRV) Process Work Permit applications (Open & Employer-Specific) Prepare Permanent Residence applications, including Express Entry Manage Family Sponsorship applications, including Spousal & Common-Law sponsorships Prepare Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) applications Work on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) files Communicate professionally with clients Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Canadian Immigration Case Worker Strong knowledge of IRCC policies and procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable working night shifts Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
