We're seeking an experienced Immigration and Work Visa Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and assistance to clients on immigration and work visa matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice on immigration and work visa options to clients.
2. Assess client eligibility for work visas and other immigration programs.
3. Prepare and submit work visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Conduct document verification and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
5. Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
8. Resolve complex immigration and visa issues.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in immigration and work visa processing.
2. Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
