This is a senior, independent role suitable for someone who can take complete ownership of AR/VR pipelines--from concept and 3D asset creation to development, deployment, and on-site integration with projectors, cameras, sensors, and AI modules.
This role is not for gaming--it is for building
AI-driven educational simulations, healthcare XR modules, engineering visualizations, virtual science labs, training systems, and immersive museum/science-centre experiences

Key ResponsibilitiesAR/VR Development & Immersive Engineering
Develop high-quality AR/VR applications using
Unity
(mandatory),
C++
, and
Python (preferred)
.
Create and integrate
3D assets, VFX, shaders, animations, and environments
using
Blender, Maya, or similar tools
.
Build
XR simulations
for healthcare, engineering, education, training, and AI-driven interactive learning.
(Oculus Meta Quest mandatory).
Perform on-site installation, testing, calibration, and system optimization at client locations.
Collaborate with electronics and AI teams to merge XR outputs with
computer vision
,
LLMs
, and
real sensor data
.
AI-Integrated XR Systems
Build AR/VR modules that interact with AI systems for:
Medical training & diagnostics simulations
Virtual engineering walkthroughs
STEM education & interactive labs
Disaster response simulations
Digital twins and spatial computing experiences
Project Ownership
Independently manage XR projects end-to-end: concept, design, prototype, development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor junior developers and guide cross-functional teams.
Participate in client discussions and represent the XR capabilities of the company.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years
of professional experience in AR/VR development or immersive content creation.
Strong expertise in
Unity
and experience with
C++
(required) and
Python
(preferred).
Solid understanding of
3D modeling, rendering pipelines, texturing, rigging, animation
, and VFX workflows.
Hands-on experience with
Oculus/Meta Quest
and other VR hardware.
Strong experience with
projection mapping
, multi-projection blending, and immersive room installations.
Ability to configure and integrate
Computer Engineering, Multimedia, VFX, XR, or Immersive Technologies
.
Able to travel to sites for installations and integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing holographic or volumetric displays.
Familiarity with
AI/ML
, computer vision, 3D depth sensing, or LLM-driven interactivity.
Experience working with
science centres, museums, EdTech XR solutions, or engineering simulators
.
Understanding of
GIS, .tif imagery, or spatial visualization tools
is a bonus.
