Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' physical, mental, and emotional health; conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in consultation with physicians, families, and the care team.
Administer medications (oral, injections, etc.), treatments, and therapies per physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor vital signs, wound care, nutrition, hydration, mobility, hygiene, elimination, and respond to changes in condition.
Provide direct nursing care: dressing changes, catheter care, IVs (if permitted), oxygen therapy, etc.
Supervisory role over caregiving staff (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistants / Health Aides): assign tasks, oversee care delivery, provide coaching and training.
Document resident care, treatments, changes in condition, medication administration, incidents and follow-up as per facility and regulatory standards.
Communicate with residents and their families regarding health status, treatment plans, and care preferences.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and standards of care.
Ensure that emergency procedures are followed, and respond to emergencies as required.
Participate in quality improvement / assurance programs, internal audits, regulatory inspections.
Maintain inventory of nursing supplies and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Comply with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bsc Nursing or DGNM
- Karnataka Registration must
- Fresher - 5 yrs Experience
-Preferrable Language Hindi & Kanada (Mandatory)
