Desired Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in a customer support role
Minimum 1 year of experience working in TECHNICAL service industry
Have experience in both voice and non-voice processes (email, SMS, chat)
Track record of over-achieving performance
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
