We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) / WMS (Warehouse Management System) Consultant to support our FMCG client's ongoing SAP implementation and business process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within a high-volume manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP PTP and WMS modules in design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations integration with logistics and supply chain modules.
Resolve system issues and provide production support in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Optimize FMCG-specific processes such as batch management, shelf-life management, and demand-driven replenishment.
Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on PTP (MM, Ariba) and WMS (EWM or WM) modules.
2+ full lifecycle implementations in FMCG or manufacturing domains.
Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations within SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with integration to logistics (TM), finance (FI), and planning (PP/IBP) modules.
Strong understanding of FMCG industry processes - high-volume order fulfillment, trade promotions, and distribution management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP EWM embedded in S/4HANA.
Knowledge of RF scanning, barcode integration, and automation in warehouse operations.
SAP certification in MM, WM, or EWM.
