Job Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring our Tamil-rooted, globally positioned brands to life. You'll craft compelling visuals across packaging; digital media, trade show assets, and in-store experiences--blending tradition with innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visual assets for packaging, flyers, social media, and QSR menus Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into engaging designs Maintain visual consistency across all brand touch points Prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers/vendors Create mockups and prototypes for presentations and trade shows Adapt designs for multilingual formats (English, Tamil, etc.) Ensure compliance with FSSAI, EU, and US packaging standards Stay updated on design trends and tools, especially in FMCG and QSR sectors

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory Experience with packaging design and digital asset creation Ability to work iteratively and respond to feedback with precision Familiarity with cultural design elements and storytelling Basic knowledge of print production and digital formats

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG, QSR, or consumer brand design preferred Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital work Exposure to international trade show branding is added advantage.
