About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented

Stewards/Servers

to join our Food & Beverage team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating. Present menus and take accurate food & beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space. Ensure guest satisfaction and handle queries or complaints politely. Follow restaurant/hotel service standards and hygiene protocols. Assist in table setup, clearing, replenishing items, and overall service flow. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. Support special events, banquets, or busy shifts as required.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply). Good communication and guest-handling skills. Basic knowledge of F&B service and table etiquette. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours. Team player with a professional and customer-friendly attitude. Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.

As per industry standards (based on experience).
