Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students about courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the
CRM system
and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly
admission and revenue targets
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Understand student needs, offer appropriate course recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication (English & Tamil).
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
