Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives to achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service. Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:



Proven experience in insurance sales, with a track record of managing teams. Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and drive the team towards targets. Graduation is mandatory.
