Role Overview:

Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors

Achieve sales targets through your team

Build strong relationships with clients and advisors

Provide regular training and motivation to advisors

Ensure excellent customer service and renewals

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience

Background in Insurance/BFSI preferred

Good communication and local network required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?315,000.00 per year
