About the Role

We are looking for

energetic, enthusiastic, and self-driven freshers

to join our growing real estate team. This role offers hands-on exposure to

sales, marketing, and pre-sales operations

in the real estate sector. You will work closely with clients, channel partners, and internal teams to understand property requirements, promote projects, and support the end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, inquiries, and digital leads. Understand client property needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline). Manage and update property listings on real estate portals and social media. Handle incoming leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or site visits. Support pre-sales activities -- share brochures, pricing, and project details with clients. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth deal execution. Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups in the CRM system. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developers. Conduct basic market research on competitor projects, pricing, and trends. Participate in property expos, promotional events, and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, or Real Estate specialization preferred).

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and social media tools. Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive attitude.
