About the Role
seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of weaving machinery, a solid network in the local textile industry, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including machinery buyers, brokers, and weaving mills.
Pitch used/reconditioned weaving machines to MSMEs.
Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
Share product information via WhatsApp and assist with dispatch coordination and on-site visits.
Provide weekly reporting and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
Stay updated on market trends and customer needs in the textile machinery sector.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in textile machinery or related industries.
Technical knowledge of weaving machines is mandatory.
Strong local network within the Surat textile ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
