BPO Chat Support Executive

Salary: INR 22,000 - INR 23,000

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email Provide accurate information and clear, timely solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in every interactions

Qualification:

Any graduate can apply Freshers are welcome Excellent written communication skills in English

Work Schedule:

Shifts: Rotational Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Requirements:

Willingness to work in night shifts
