Responsibilities:

Handle inbound queries professionally Maintain call records and follow up as needed Explain products/services clearly and effectively Make outbound calls to potential clients Support the sales team to achieve business targets

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (spoken) Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage Any degree can apply
