Position: Asst Gen Manager Sourcing & Supply Chain Operations

CTC: 10-12 lacs (Including Variable Pay)

Experience: 15 years in sourcing & supply chain management and should have handled a team of

8-10 people functions. Reports to: Ops Head

Reported by: All sourcing/materials/stores/planning personnel

Qualification: B.Tech with a diploma in material management/supply chain management.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Suitable Industry: Experience in electrical appliances, home appliances like fans/mixers, etc or

electronic parts or the automotive industry will be preferred. Should have handled

the purchase/material function of any of the above industries involving more

no. of SKUs.

KRA: Supply chain system implement for purchasing, maintaining inventory levels as per norms,

reduction of purchase rates, identify and develop new vendors for capacity expansion

/ cost redn, ensuring no line stoppages

Activity Profile: Implementation of inventory management tools, purchase planning/scheduling on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, milk run system implementation, new vendor development, and purchase rate reduction.
