The IME Manager - O&M will be responsible for monitoring and supporting operational and maintenance activities, ensuring effective resolution of breakdowns through RCA, closure of CM/PM activities, and budget monitoring related to IME work. The role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and adherence to operational timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide
support for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
related to breakdown issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor and ensure
timely closure of CM (Corrective Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance)
activities.
Track and monitor
budget utilization for IME-related works
and highlight deviations, if any.
Coordinate with site teams, technical teams, and stakeholders for smooth O&M operations.
Prepare and share
regular reports, updates, and MIS
with the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety norms, and operational guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and timely communication through official email channels.
