We are looking for a

Image Editor & Quality Control Specialist

to ensure high-quality standards for

all images

designed and produced in our studio. This role involves verifying image quality, providing feedback to photographers and vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of images to clients.

Responsibilities:

Verify the quality of all images produced in the studio and ensure they meet specifications. Provide feedback to photographers, QC managers, and studio managers on images that require adjustments. Track reshoots and export images with proper naming conventions. Manage the post-production workflow, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Communicate retouching instructions to vendors and ensure post-production requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of all images sent and received. Perform quality checks and ensure less than 1% error rate on file deliveries. Delegate tasks to team members and perform spot checks on their work.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in image editing, retouching, and masking techniques. Experience with image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and image quality assessment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct image flaws. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in quality control or image editing is a plus.
