About the ENABLE Program ENABLE\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98Equity in Accessing Numeracy And Basic Literacy Education\xe2\x80\x99, is a multi-pronged intervention to strengthen the quality of education for 3-9 year olds with disabilities. Position Summary We are looking to hire creative and dynamic graphic designers to help us design effective, logical and aesthetic materials to reach large audiences and bring attention to the issues experienced by people, as well as the project\xe2\x80\x99s success. Key responsibilities

• Creating visual designs for print and digital media
• Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
• Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
• Using design software to produce visually appealing designs
• Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations
• Revising designs based on client feedback

Required Skills and Knowledge Skills:

• Ability to generate creative design idea which follow a logical pathway
• Bringing the project brand to life through logos, colors, typography, illustration, photography, graphic elements, and more

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of MS Office tools, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Sketch, Canva, Figma etc
• In-depth understanding on unique project branding guidelines

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant fields (Design, Visual Arts, Graphic designing, Fine Arts etc)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant profiles.
• Willingness to promote innovation and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure
