About the Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Illusto, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing to join our growing tech company. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience creating visually stunning graphics for digital mediums, as well as motion graphics and video editing skills. About the product: Illusto is an online DIY video editor that simplifies the process of editing and creating professional videos. With a user-friendly interface, Illusto enables users to add effects, transitions, text animations, and more to their videos. It offers a range of tutorials and resources to guide users in creating compelling storytelling videos. Illusto is a platform that empowers individuals to easily edit and share their videos across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with the Technology head to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise. Plan, project manage, and provide implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. Provide a vision for infrastructure services that enables innovation and leverages market trends to create business value aligned with company requirements. Participate in formulating enterprise architecture and business system plans, assessing cost, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals. Possess hands-on technical depth to oversee infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting. Experience in comprehensive disaster recovery architecture, storage area network, and highly-available server and network architectures. Provide leadership for 24/7 service operations delivery and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure adherence to best practices for code release management and monitoring of traffic on websites and other applications. Desired Skills & Experience: 8 \'10 years of experience, with 5+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site Cloud environment. Strong expertise in application hosting, CDN Networks, security, and information protection. Proven experience leading infrastructure for complex organizations and networks, including 24x7 monitoring of media websites and digital properties. Proficiency in hosting and managing video streaming applications, React & Node JS-based applications. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance issues and best practices in application and network security. Extensive experience in hosting services on Amazon Cloud & Google Cloud, performing Vulnerability Assessments, managing live-streaming, and code release management with SVN and Git repositories.
