Role Description: The role holds responsibility of managing business for Commercial vehicles (LCV/SCV/M&HCV), Construction equipment and Used car products.

Designation: State Head-Gujarat

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building strong relations with channels, dealers & OEM and generating revenue for the state

- Empanelment of new channels as per policy

- Nurturing existing channels for increased business volumes

- Resolving all Channel related issues within agreed timelines

- Managing channel timely payout

- Briefing policies and schemes to Channels for better clarity and increased business volumes

- Responsible for Channel performance

- R&R for Channels

You should have :

- 12+ years of strong experience in handling Used Commercial vehicle (LCV & SCV), Used Construction equipment (JCB- Backhoe loader), Used Car and New SCV financing business

- Should have worked in respective markets with strong rapport with Channels / DSAs

- Should possess excellent rapport with OEM, dealers and DSA\'s in these markets

- Should have market intelligence and analytical skills

- Strong in People management and stake holder management skills

- Follow strong review mechanism in tracking performance of the team
