Candidate profile (text) - Default language IKEA Retail Food is an integrated commercial business partner. As a IKEA Food Team leader you have to ensure customers can expect a safe, healthy, delicious,
sustainable, affordable and joyful food experience.
Responsible for contributing to the overall food competence in the store.
Ensure the appropriate processes followed and actions are taken on a daily basis to secure food safety, standards and reduce waste.
Build the competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement.
