We are seeking a Architect to join our high-performance architecture team that actively contributes to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions, writes production-quality code, resolves critical production issues, and drives the organization toward future technological success. As a key player in steering our architecture towards scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness, you will ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance while aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate is not only technically excellent but also a collaborative leader who stays ahead of industry trends, mentor engineers, and promotes innovation across the organization. This role is perfect for an architect who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both technical strategy and hands-on implementation. 15+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and design, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, code optimization techniques and strong debugging skills. Excellent with quality measures , appreciation for existing software assets with deep understanding of monolithic and distributed systems. Strong expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.). Deep experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven track record of writing production-quality code and leading the delivery of complex systems. Expertise in building resilient, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management processes. LI-DNI Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. 8+ years experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development teams supporting the delivery of Architecture for web/mobile based product(s) with at least 3 years in a Architect role in enterprise software solutions space. Preferred Qualifications Ability to navigate complex environments though product knowledge and leadership style. Proven ability to partner effectively across functions, with an exposure to complex organizations and the ability to gain shared vision on product decisions and priority trade-offs. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions. Experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, Architecture principles and applying to product strategy & roadmap.
