Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Relationship Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of wedding venues listed with Make My Wedding. The ideal candidate will ensure that each venue runs smoothly, meets high standards of service, and provides an exceptional experience for couples and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the operations of wedding venues to ensure high-quality service delivery. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth event execution. Oversee venue bookings, scheduling, and logistical arrangements. Manage budgets, invoicing, and vendor payments related to the venue. Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high client satisfaction. Collaborate with the MMW sales and marketing teams to promote venues. Prepare reports on venue performance, occupancy rates, and feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role in event management, hospitality, or wedding planning. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of event planning, safety regulations, and vendor management. Proficiency with scheduling and management software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. A passion for weddings and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Should work on weekends and will get off on weekdays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field. Prior experience managing wedding venues or large-scale events. * Real estate experience - Managing projects
