Development Foundations like these are integral to top global universities.We are seeking to appoint a Telecaller - Alumni and Corporates to play a key role in driving alumni donations and initiating outreach to corporate leads.- Position: Officer - Batch Fundraiser- Location: IIT Kanpur Development Foundation (IITK DF), Noida- Reporting to: Assistant Manager - Batch FundraisingResponsibilities and Expectations:Alumni Calling & Pledge Conversion: - Call alumni who have pledged but not yet donated, explain giving options, and encourage completion of donations. - Share donation links, reminders, and impact information via email/WhatsApp post-call. - Maintain accurate records of conversations, responses, and follow-up needs.Batch Fundraising Support: - Assist in maintaining and updating batch-wise donor tracking sheets. - Coordinate with batch coordinators when required for alumni responses and follow-ups. - Support the Fundraising Team in creating summaries and dashboards on batch progress and alumni engagement.Corporate Outreach & Lead Generation: - Conduct initial outreach to corporate CSR teams, HR heads, and decision-makers to gauge interest in partnering with IIT Kanpur. - Collect and record relevant contact details, CSR focus areas, and partnership history. - Identify warm leads and share with the Corporate Partnerships team for further engagement.Data Management & Reporting: - Maintain structured trackers for alumni and corporate calls, including call outcomes and next steps. - Support basic reporting for calling campaigns (daily/weekly summaries). - Coordinate with the Data and Fundraising teams to keep donor and lead databases updated.Support to Fundraising Campaigns: - Assist in batch fundraising activities by making follow-up calls and tracking alumni engagement. - Contribute insights to improve communication scripts and donor messaging.Desired Profile: - Graduate in any discipline - 2-3 years of experience in telecalling and data management, inside sales, lead generation, or donor engagement - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) preferred - Ability to work with calling targets and meet follow-up timelinesTravel Requirements: - Minimal (5%) (ref:updazz.com)
