About the Role

Crimson Schools is expanding its

IIT-focused academic vertical

and is looking for an

experienced IIT Physics & Chemistry Faculty

who can deliver

high-impact, result-oriented coaching

for students preparing for

IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced)

.

This is a

dual-subject teaching role

, ideal for educators who possess strong conceptual clarity in

both Physics and Chemistry

and can mentor students with a structured, exam-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

concept-driven, exam-oriented classes

in

Physics and Chemistry

for

IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced)

Design and execute

integrated lesson plans

aligned with IIT syllabus and exam trends Prepare and review

study material, assignments, worksheets, and test papers

Conduct

doubt-clearing sessions

and provide individualized academic support Track student performance and guide students on

exam strategy and time management

Collaborate with the academic team on

curriculum planning and test analysis

Maintain high academic standards and adhere to

Crimson's IIT teaching pedagogy

Participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, and parent interactions as required

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in

Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline

2-5 years of experience

in

IIT-JEE coaching institutes

(Main & Advanced) Strong command over

both Physics & Chemistry concepts

is mandatory Proven record of

student selections or performance improvement

is an added advantage

Key Skills Required

Excellent

conceptual clarity

in

IIT Physics & Chemistry

Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach

problem-solving techniques

Strong

classroom engagement and mentoring skills

Student-centric and result-driven mindset Comfort with

digital teaching tools

and assessment platforms
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
