The SDR will work closely with the leadership, Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified leads and contribute to Ignitho's growth journey.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.- Set up initial meetings and demos by effectively communicating Ignitho's offerings, value proposition, and benefits.- Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth lead hand-offs.- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to tailor outreach effectively.- Contribute to improving outreach processes for better lead generation outcomes.Must have Skills:- 2 - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or B2B lead generation roles.- Proven track record of generating qualified leads (SQLs) and engaging with senior decision-makers (CDOs, CDAOs, CTOs, CIOs, etc.).- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Nice to have Skills:- Experience in IT services or technology solutions sales.- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.- Knowledge of enterprise data and AI solution domains.
