LTD. is hiring male candidates having experience in International Outbound Process for Kolkata location (US Shift).Job Responsibilities :- International Calling experience.- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.- Convincing skills/International Sales skills.- Transfer call to the supervisor after initial explanation.- Achieving the monthly given targets.- Customer Interaction- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.Skills Required :- Excellent Communication Skills in English- Both Graduate/Undergraduate may apply.- Should have experience in International Voice process & International Sales- Exceptional Knowledge in Sales- An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment- Good planning and teamwork skills.- Candidates who have experience in International BPO in outbound process are eligible.Job Type : Full-time, PermanentSalary : Rs 10,000.00 - Rs 20,000.00 per monthSchedule :- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift- US shiftSupplemental pay types :- Performance bonus (ref:updazz.com)
