Job Title: Senior Science Facilitator IGCSE CurriculumLocation: NagpurPosition Type: Full-Time:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Science Facilitator to lead and deliver engaging Science lessons in alignment with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for scientific inquiry among students.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics) for IGCSE students.
• Design innovative experiments and hands-on activities to deepen conceptual understanding.
• Track and assess student progress; provide constructive feedback.
• Guide and mentor junior facilitators within the Science department.
• Prepare students for IGCSE examinations with appropriate strategies and resources.
• Ensure a safe and well-managed laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with peers to integrate interdisciplinary learning.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Science or related field.
• B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in IGCSE or international curriculum.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
