Licensure: Candidates must typically hold a valid state teaching license and a specific state-
issued School Administrator or Principal certificate.

Diverse Assessment Methods: Overseeing a mix of written exams, oral tests, coursework,
and practical assessments designed for international learners.
Affiliation (CAIE Recognition): Managing the rigorous multi-step affiliation process,
including Expression of Interest, formal application, and on-site approval visits by Cambridge
representatives.
Staff Professional Development: Ensuring teachers fulfill mandatory training and stay
updated on syllabus changes (notably those occurring in 2025/2026 for subjects like English
Literature and Sciences).
Global University Pathways: Advising parents and students on how IGCSE grades (typically
