Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for IGCSE Physics and Chemistry classes. 2. Provide clear explanations of complex scientific concepts and theories. 3. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student success. 4. Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles. 5. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations. 6. Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum and teaching methodologies. 8. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance. 9. Stay updated with the latest developments in the fields of Physics and Chemistry and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a related field. 2. Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification. 3.
