Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced

IGCSE Geography Tutor

for online one-to-one tutoring. The ideal candidate has proven experience teaching IGCSE Geography (Cambridge) and can deliver clear concept explanations, exam strategy, and past-paper practice.

Compensation:

?700 per hour (one-on-one online)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured, syllabus-aligned IGCSE Geography lessons (Cambridge or equivalent). Plan lessons, set homework, and provide clear, actionable feedback. Prepare students for school assessments and final exams using past papers and exam technique practice. Track progress and communicate brief updates to parents/academy. Adapt teaching style to each student's learning needs.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Experience teaching

IGCSE Geography

(Cambridge board preferred).
? Strong subject knowledge in physical & human geography, map skills, case studies, and fieldwork concepts.
? Proven ability to teach exam technique and interpret mark schemes.
? Comfortable teaching online using a digital whiteboard and screen-sharing tools.
? Reliable internet connection, professional online setup, and good English communication.
? Professional, punctual, and student-centred approach.
? Degree in Geography / Education or related subject preferred.
