Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Design and architect SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components: sources, entitlements, roles, access profiles, lifecycles, UAR, and rule-based policies. Oversee integration of new applications into SailPoint ISC using out-of-the-box connectors and custom API integrations, with proven expertise on SAP integrations (SAP GRC, Ariba). Define and optimize identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver). Implement and maintain access controls based on the principle of least privilege. Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (GxP, GDPR). Support the definition of role models and access policies. Conduct technical reviews on IAM architecture and propose improvements. Manage the full lifecycle of technical documentation related to design changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

KPI:

Successful integration and governance maturity of IAM processes.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including connector development and policy management. Strong understanding of IAM processes around identity lifecycle, role modeling, authorizations, and user access review. Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, especially within SAP landscape. Ability to lead technical teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Skills:

Advanced technical expertise in SailPoint ISC and IAM architecture.

Languages:

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements:

Certifications in SailPoint and SAP GRC. Experience with IAM maturity assessment and control frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
